SHIPPING POLICY

1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 
1-3 business days after payment 
confirmation. During peak seasons 
processing may take up to 
5 business days.

2. SHIPPING TIMES & RATES
Shipping times and rates vary by 
destination and will be displayed 
clearly at checkout before payment.
A tracking number will be sent to 
your email once your order ships.

3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will 
receive a confirmation email with 
a tracking number. Please allow 
3-5 days for tracking information 
to update.

4. TRACKING DELAYS
Tracking information may not 
update immediately after shipping. 
Please allow up to 5 business days 
for tracking to become active. 
Woodnestcraft is not responsible 
for delays in tracking updates 
provided by the carrier.

5. CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Woodnestcraft is not responsible 
for any customs fees or import 
duties charged by your country. 
These fees are the sole 
responsibility of the customer.

6. CUSTOMS INSPECTION
Packages may be opened and 
inspected by customs authorities. 
Woodnestcraft is not responsible 
for any delays caused by 
customs inspection.

7. SPECIAL NOTES BY DESTINATION

🇺🇸 United States
Estimated delivery: 7-20 business days.

🇪🇺 Europe
Estimated delivery: 10-25 business days.

🌏 Asia
(Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, 
Singapore, Vietnam)
Some remote areas may experience 
longer delivery times. Tracking 
updates may be less frequent.

🌍 Rest of World
(Australia, Canada, Mexico, Chile)
Delivery times may vary depending 
on local postal services and 
customs clearance.

8. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
In some cases, your order may 
be shipped in multiple packages. 
You will receive a tracking number 
for each package.

9. HOLIDAY SEASONS
During holiday seasons including 
Christmas, New Year and Chinese 
New Year, processing and shipping 
times may be longer than usual. 
We appreciate your patience.

10. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Woodnestcraft is not responsible 
for orders shipped to incorrectly 
entered addresses. Please 
double-check your shipping address 
before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided 
and the package has already shipped, 
we are unable to redirect the 
shipment. A new order will need 
to be placed at the customer's 
expense.

11. PACKAGE MARKED AS DELIVERED
If your package is marked as 
delivered but you have not received 
it, please contact your local post 
office first, then reach out to us 
at woodnestcraft@gmail.com 
within 7 days.

12. UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us 
due to failed delivery attempts 
or uncollected packages, the 
customer is responsible for 
additional shipping costs to 
resend the package.

13. LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived 
within the estimated timeframe, 
please contact us at 
woodnestcraft@gmail.com and we 
will investigate and resolve the 
issue as quickly as possible.

14. FORCE MAJEURE
Woodnestcraft is not liable for 
delays or failures caused by 
circumstances beyond our control, 
including natural disasters, 
pandemics, war, strikes, or 
government restrictions.
