RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days all sales are final.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

We respond within 24-48 hours. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only. After 24 hours the order may already be in process.

5. DAMAGES AND WRONG ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

6. PARTIAL ORDERS
If you received only part of your order, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will ship the missing items or issue a partial refund.

7. PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

8. ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate immediately.

9. RETURN SHIPPING
Damaged or incorrect items: Return shipping is covered by us.
Change of mind returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

10. PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items returned in used condition
  • Items returned in damaged condition
  • Items returned after 30 days at our discretion

11. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned:

  • Sale items (except for EU customers, where the 14-day right of withdrawal applies)
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after 30 days

12. EUROPEAN UNION (Right of Withdrawal)
EU customers have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.

13. REFUNDS
Once your return is approved:

  • Refund processed within 10 business days
  • Refund issued to original payment method only
  • We cannot refund to a different card or account
  • Your bank may take additional time to process the refund
  • If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us
